Our Team
Matt Wenzel, Cofounder & CEO
Drawing on his IT background, two decades of healthcare leadership, and a passion for leadership development, Matt cofounded Lebra to help leaders build stronger connections. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and an expert in the Baldrige Excellence Framework, he has dedicated his career to creating cultures of trust and purpose. Matt views technology as a catalyst for leadership innovation, using it to drive connection and operational excellence. Committed to his mission of family, faith, and inspiration, he strives to leave a lasting impact through purposeful leadership.

Kevin Sun, Cofounder
Kevin is a tech entrepreneur dedicated to developing AI-driven solutions including Dex and RiskDV. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Kevin worked as a software engineer at Amazon and Infer. He holds a degree in applied mathematics from Harvard.
Nate Lichte, VP of K-12 Solutions
Nate Lichte brings more than a decade of dynamic experience in education. With a career spanning K-12, post-secondary, adult education, juvenile justice, and corrections education, Nate is deeply committed to driving student success and empowering educational leaders to transform outcomes. At Lebra, Nate leads efforts to foster growth and forge strategic partnerships with school districts. He works closely with educational leaders to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance organizational development, and advance equitable outcomes for all students.

Dr. Todd Schuetz, VP of Customer Success
As an education leader for 30 years and a lifelong learner, Todd is passionate about fostering district culture through strong relationships. Starting as an award-winning science teacher, he later held varying leadership roles including school principal, assistant superintendent of human resources and district superintendent. Among his many accomplishments, Todd has led a Missouri elementary school to a top 10 ranking, and successfully led bond and levy campaigns. Todd met his wife of 30 years while student teaching and is a proud father and grandfather.
